These are closed speices. Meaning you would either have to adopt from the me ( :Sonadowfire: ) or Co-Owners that are listed down below. Now, I've sent notes to people who I can trust to be Co-Owners for Sleepers/Buds/Eggies.

What are Sleepers/Buds/Eggies?
They are are known for their tiny size and hibernation. They are like pony but mix with plant like. Meaning in the Winter/Fall they will sleep through out until Spring/Summer. From how small they are, they're mistaken as food for other ponies.
How small are they?
They are 1.5' inches tall. Meaning they are super small.
Why hey are they so small?
Reasons on behind it is still unknown for any smaller ponies. Some believe they were ment to be this small from their "God". No one knows who their "God" is or what it is. Nor will they tell.
Where do they live?
They live in Esqustria with all the other ponies. But they live in Jungles, Forests, Plains/Perries, and Wetlands. (In the diagram up there should show hut and a bush about how they create their homes).
Can I make my own?
No, you cannot. You must either adopt them from the Co-Owners or from me. I can make you a custom of a Sleepers/Buds/Eggies.
Can they be Alicorns?
No, their bodies aren't ment for two or more added parts. They can either be Earth, Pegusus, or Unicorns.
What at do they eat?
They can eat Hay, Barries, Grass, Leaves, Barks, and Flowers. Though the items are way bigger than them. They have big appetites towards sweet juices.

1: They must not be bigger than 1.5' unless you were blowing up the image(s).
2: You can make them, but you cannot make them have both Wings and Horns.
3: They can mate with other speices, but I would like you to ask me before you go ahead on doing it.
4: Do credit me when you make your own.
5: You can draw them having rare items but they can only have two rare items total. And do tell me which items you will be using.
